Emergency commercial roof tarping
Rapid response leak protection for commercial and industrial buildings after hurricanes, hail, wind, and fire. We seal the structure before the next band of rain, not after it.
Titanium Tarps is commercial and industrial roof protection engineered past the blue tarp. A Class-A fire-rated Elastowrap membrane we manufacture in-house and install on large commercial, industrial, and government buildings left open by storm damage, fire, or failing tile on a long lead time. One call, one crew, sealed until the permanent roof is on.
On a commercial roof, a blue tarp is a 90-day product on a 12-month problem. It flaps, tears, and leaks long before the reroof starts, and every re-tarp is another mobilization, another bill, and another round of water through your tenants, inventory, and finishes. Titanium Tarps heat-seals a tensioned Elastowrap membrane to the structure, so the building stays dry and operational from the day of the loss to the last day of restoration.
Seal it once. Stay dry until the new roof is on.
What we do
From a leaking warehouse to a stadium canopy, the system is the same. Our Elastowrap film, our crews, our method, sealed watertight and documented for your board, your adjuster, and your procurement file.

Rapid response leak protection for commercial and industrial buildings after hurricanes, hail, wind, and fire. We seal the structure before the next band of rain, not after it.

A heat-welded, drum-tight Elastowrap membrane that performs like a temporary roof system, not a tarp. Rated for up to 24 months on warehouses, plants, and long-span roofs.

When Ludowici, slate, clay, or custom tile is failing and the replacement is months out, we seal the whole roof under Elastowrap so the building stays dry and in service until the tile arrives.

Municipal, military, and Coast Guard facilities secured after storm and fire damage and during delayed reroofs. Class-A fire rated, zero penetration, documented for procurement. See a federal project.

Campus-scale response for institutions, churches, schools, and property portfolios after a named storm. One crew, every building sealed and documented.

Weather enclosure for open floor plates and delayed glazing on active vertical projects. Meet the construction division.
Before & after

Before
The film · Elastowrap
Elastowrap is our film, developed from scratch with leading shrink-film scientists and proven on real commercial structures. Six tested properties that matter on a large damaged roof.
Attachment and wind warranties set per project based on the structure and the enclosure scope.
The product line
The same materials our crews install, engineered in-house and built to work as one system. The film seals the roof, and the Titan hardware bonds it, vents it, and holds it to the structure with zero penetrations.
12 mil · Class A fire rated
The hero film
Our strongest and most elastic 12 mil film ever, an LDPE/LLDPE blend that stretches to conform to complex commercial roofs, then heat-shrinks into one continuous, drum-tight, watertight membrane. 50% more tear resistant, Class-A fire rated with zero flame spread, and wind tested past 150 mph. Manufactured in our own plant, so it is never on back order when the forecast turns.

The seam tape that bonds Elastowrap into one continuous, watertight membrane. A conformable PE film backing with a synthetic-rubber adhesive, tested to UL723 / ASTM E84.

Heavy 20 mil waterproof grip tape that bonds even underwater and forms a permanent, water-tight seal. For flashing, patches, penetrations, and vapor barriers. 3 in and 4 in x 100 ft.

Self-tapping ventilation that lets a sealed roof breathe and prevents trapped moisture. Injection-molded impact copolymer, installed on top of the membrane without penetrating the structure.

Reusable brackets that lock the furring strips to the fascia under the roof deck with no nails or screws, so nothing penetrates the structure. Pop them off with our clip tool and use them again.

Why Titanium Tarps
Titanium Tarps is not a reseller. We run our own production, so the membrane on your building is consistent, Class-A fire rated, and available when the forecast turns, anywhere in the hemisphere. No back-order stalls your cover after a disaster.
Crews deploy from Miami across North America, South America, and the Caribbean islands. Installers, equipment, and film travel as one unit, staged while the storm is still tracking, on your roof while local supply shelves are still empty.
Our attachment method, TitanVent self-tapping vents, and TitanClip furring system are engineered in-house and installed only by our crews. There is no off-brand equivalent. The product, the method, and the performance travel together on every job.
The construction division
For general contractors and developers, an open floor plate is a liability the forecast will exploit. Our construction division closes in vertical projects: perimeter weather enclosure, deck protection, debris containment, and delayed-glazing floors sealed so interior trades keep working. Proven at stadium scale.
Government & institutional
We secure government, municipal, military, and Coast Guard facilities after storm and fire damage and during delayed reroofs. The Class-A fire rating and zero-penetration attachment suit occupied and secured sites, and every stage is photographed for your procurement and insurance file. Watch a federal structure go from open to sealed.
Before
Interior protection
The membrane does not only go on the roof. We suspend floating Elastowrap ceilings to catch falling debris and to cap an atrium being remodeled, so the dust stays inside the work zone and the occupied rooms, shops, and floors around it stay clean and open for business.
Where we work
Based in Miami, Florida, built to travel. Hurricanes on the Gulf, ice storms in the Northeast, wildfire recovery in the West, cyclone season in the islands. If a truck, a boat, or a plane can reach it, so can our crews and our film.
On the board
Every install is finished drum-tight and photographed by drone, proof for your adjuster, your board, and your procurement file that the building is protected.

Questions we get after every storm
If your question is urgent, skip the reading. Call 305-434-0444.
No. Consumer blue tarps are UV rated for roughly 90 days, they flap loose in ordinary wind, and every fastener used to hold them puts another hole in your roof. Commercial rebuilds and reroofs routinely take a year or more. We install a heat-welded Elastowrap membrane rated for 24 months, attached without a single penetration, so the building stays dry and operational.
A heavy industrial film that is tensioned over the damaged roof, heat-shrunk into one continuous drum-tight membrane, and sealed to the structure. No seams to leak, no loose edges to catch wind. Our Elastowrap film is 12 mil thick, Class A fire rated, and manufactured in our own plant.
Yes, this is one of the things we do most. When Ludowici, slate, clay, or custom tile is failing and the replacement is months out on a long lead time, we seal the entire roof under Elastowrap so the building stays dry and in service until the tile arrives and the permanent roof is installed. No rushed substitutions, no water damage while you wait.
Yes. We secure government, municipal, military, and institutional buildings after storm and fire damage and during delayed reroofs. Our Class A fire-rated membrane and zero-penetration attachment suit occupied and secured facilities, and we document every installation for procurement and insurance.
Our Elastowrap membrane carries a 24-month UV rating and has been wind tested past 150 mph at the International Hurricane Center. Most clients stay sealed from the day of the loss to the day the permanent roof is finished.
Yes. Emergency roof protection is a standard mitigation expense on most commercial property claims. We document the damage and the installation with drone photography and provide the paperwork your adjuster and board need.
We stage crews and material while a storm is still tracking and roll as soon as roads open. Because we manufacture the Elastowrap film ourselves, there is no waiting on back-ordered material, even for stadium and campus-scale scopes.
Rapid response
Tell us what happened and where. We will scope the cover, quote it, and put your building on the schedule. Storm inbound? Call, we stage crews while it is still tracking.
