High-rise tower wrapped in Titanium Tarps enclosure film during construction
Proprietary enclosure system · Manufactured in-house · Miami-based crews

Wrap the tower. Protect the schedule.

Titanium Tarps closes in high-rise construction against South Florida weather. A proprietary, Class-A fire-rated enclosure film we manufacture ourselves and install with local crews. Keep water out, debris in, and your completion date intact.

The exposure

An open floor plate is a liability the forecast will exploit.

Between topping out and a sealed facade, your tower is wide open. One band of rain pushes water down through finished floors. Loose material on an open deck becomes a fall hazard and a street-level risk. And hurricane season does not pause your draw schedule.

We close that gap, before it costs you a month.

  1. Poly & sandbagsTears, flaps, blows off the deck in storm-force wind. You re-tarp again and again.
Titanium TarpsA welded, tensioned enclosure tested past 150 mph at the International Hurricane Center.
  2. Open perimeterWater intrusion ruins finished floors below. Rework, mold remediation, schedule slip.
Titanium TarpsA sealed perimeter that sheds water and keeps the slabs below you dry and on schedule.
  3. Loose debrisMaterial and dust leave the deck. OSHA exposure and risk to the street below.
Titanium TarpsDebris contained on the floor it belongs to, integrated with your netting and screening.
  4. Flammable wrapMost jobsite sheeting carries a real fire load around hot work.
Titanium TarpsASTM E84 Class-A fire rated. Zero flame spread. Built for an active jobsite.
  5. Supply gapsMaterial back-ordered when the storm is three days out and your floor is open.

Built for vertical work

From the deck to the perimeter, sealed.

Titanium Tarps is engineered for the realities of a high-rise jobsite, not borrowed from boat shrink or marine wrap. Every install is tied to the structure without a single penetration.

01

Perimeter weather enclosure

Close in open floors and facade gaps so rain, wind, and salt air stay outside the building line.

02

Deck & slab protection

Keep poured slabs and finished floors dry while trades work the levels above.

03

Debris containment

Hold material, dust, and offcuts on the deck. Integrates with your existing netting and screening.

04

Shaft, core & stairwell

Seal elevator shafts, cores, and stair openings against weather and falling material.

05

Fall-protection screening

A tensioned, walkable surface that supports your perimeter protection plan.

06

Material & equipment cover

Protect staged material and equipment on deck from sun, rain, and wind uplift.

Zero penetrations into the structure. No sandbags. Tied below the slab edge and tensioned to spec.

When the glass is late

Keep building when the
windows aren't there yet.

Glazing and door packages slip. The structure is topped out, your interior trades are ready, and an open facade is all that stands between progress and a weather hold. We seal the open floors between the slabs with our proprietary film, so the building stays dry and the work keeps moving.

  • Interior trades stay productive on the delayed floors
  • Finished work below is protected from water intrusion
  • Sealed and fire-rated, then removed clean when the glass arrives

Why Titanium Tarps

Three reasons GCs hand us the enclosure.

01 / Supply control

We manufacture our own film.

Titanium Tarps is not a reseller. We run our own production, so the membrane on your job is consistent, Class-A fire rated, and available when the forecast turns. No back-order stalls your enclosure three days before a storm.

03 / The system

A proprietary system.

Our attachment method, self-tapping vents, and furring system are engineered in-house and installed only by our crews. There is no off-brand equivalent. The product, the method, and the performance travel together on every job.

The membrane

Engineered for the building.
Tested for the storm.

One film, developed from scratch with leading shrink-film scientists and proven on real structures. Six tested properties that matter on an open jobsite.

The system

One engineered system.
No off-brand equivalent.

Titanium Tarps is not a tarp and not a commodity wrap. The film, the attachment method, and the hardware are developed and built in-house as one system, then installed only by our own crews. That is why it performs the same on every tower, and why it cannot be copied off a shelf.

On the board

Proven at the scale Miami builds.

From the Inter Miami CF stadium to luxury towers, Titanium Tarps protects the work while South Florida throws everything it has at it.

Where we work

Active across Miami's
vertical corridor.

We are built around the way Miami builds: dozens of towers rising at once, a short window before each is closed in, and a storm season that does not wait. Local crews, in-house film, and a proprietary system put us on your deck while it still matters.
